HAZEL LEE WILLIAMS CUMMINGS HOLLISTER
Mulhearn Funeral Home

West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Lee Williams Cummings Hollister, 80 of West 
Monroe will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 14, 2009 in the chapel of 
Mulhearn Funeral Home with Rev. Woods Watson officiating. Interment will follow 
at Hasley Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mrs. Hollister was a member of the First Baptist Church of West Monroe. After 
retiring from Ouachita National Bank she prepared Income Tax Returns for the 
AARP. She loved sports in particular ULM Football and Basketball. She also 
enjoyed playing Canasta with her card group.

Mrs. Hollister is preceded in death by her husbands, J.T. Cummings and Dr. 
Albert Hollister and by her son, Ronnie Cummings.

She is survived by her son, Donnie Cummings and wife Judy; daughter, Pam Frith 
and husband Kenneth; grandchildren, John David Frith, Samantha Crawford, Toby 
Frith, and Niki Hagan; numerous great grand children; brothers, James Williams 
and John Williams; sister, Helen Robinson; sisters in-law, Penny McGrew and 
Marlene Greer; and brother in-law, Dewayne Cummings.

Pallbearers will be Gerald Cummings, Corky Williamson, Lane Williamson, John 
David Frith, Toby Frith, and Roy McGrew.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, West Monroe.
