ELLA GRACE HOOD

Memorial services for Ella Grace Hood, 84, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 
AM, Monday, August 10, 2015, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, 
Monroe, with Rev. Ben Hackler officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 AM until 
service time Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hood died Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Hood was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Hood; parents, Ellis and 
Ora Bell Watson; and sisters, Bernice Watson Rector, Pete Watson Shelton, and 
Sue Watson Grice.

Survivors include her daughter, Annette Nolan and husband James "Buster" Nolan 
of Cave City, AR; daughter, Connie Smith and husband Mike of Sterlington, LA; 
granddaughters, Melanie Nolan Bailey, Amanda Nolan Stout, Cori Smith Massey and 
husband Danny, and Ashely Smith Williams and husband Ryan; eight great 
grandchildren, Meghan, Hannah and Ethan Bailey, Lane and Lexie Stout, Caleb 
Medlin, Reed Williams, and Lyla Massey; and sisters, Christeen Watson Lucius, 
and Ruby Watson Betterton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research 
Hospital , the Wounded Warrior Project, or the charity of your choice .
