PAULINE STEPHENSON HOUSTON

Funeral services for Pauline Stephenson Houston, 93, of Monroe, will be held at 
2:00 PM, Saturday, April 11, 2015, in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of 
Monroe, with Rev. Erby Burgess officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview 
Cemetery in Monroe under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Houston passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at Christus St. Joseph 
Nursing Home.

Mrs. Houston was retired as Administrator of Riverside Nursing Home. She was a 
member of Parkview Baptist Church, the Gray Ladies, and the Pilot Club. She 
loved quilting and doing arts and crafts.

Mrs. Houston was preceded in death by her husband, A. C. Houston; her father, 
Jeff S. Stephenson and her mother Jennie M. Weeks Stephenson; siblings, Stella 
Houston, Grover Stephenson, Mary Rawles, Clem Stephenson, Lucille Montgomery, 
Ivy Stephenson, Mae Briley, stepchildren, James Curtis Houston; Christine 
Frazelle; Harvey Houston; Audrey Lee; Cordell Houston.

Survivors include her sons, Jeff Glen Houston and wife Linda; Gerald Houston; 
Vernon Houston and wife Linda; grandsons, Jerry Houston; Travis Houston; 
Jeffrey Houston and Jason Houston; granddaugther, Tracy Rose; 15 step 
grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 step great grandchild; step great great 
grandchildren and step great great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Friday, April 10, 2015 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Houston, Travis Houston, Jeffrey Houston, Jason 
Houston, Chris Jackson and Taylor Houston.
