HELEN MARIE HOWELL

Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Marie Howell will be 10:00am Wednesday, 
November 5, 2014 at Shiloh Cemetery in Bernice, La with Rev. Neal Everett 
officiating. Interment will follow at the cemetery under the direction of 
Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe, La. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 
8:00pm Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Griffin Funeral Home.

Mrs. Howell was born November 19, 1931 in Hico, La and passed from this life 
on November 2, 2014 in Monroe at the age of 82. She was a resident of 
Calhoun, a caregiver at Angel Care & Comfort Care for twelve years, and a 
cafeteria worker at both Drew & Riser Elementary schools for five years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Herschel Howell; parents, William 
Theddie Wiltcher & Bonnie Hovins Wiltcher; and daughter-in-law, Darlene 
Howell.

Survivors include her son, Nathan Howell of Monroe; one brother, Billy 
Wiltcher of Dubach; three sisters, Hazel Pruitt of Bernice, Patricia Davis 
of Ruston, and Aurice Turner & husband Don of Simsboro; one sister-in-law, 
Patsy Wiltcher of Simsboro; three grandchildren, Jenna Howell & John Garrett 
of Calhoun, Shane Howell& wife Pam of Center, TX and Chris Rudy Howell of 
Calhoun; two great-grandsons, Dakota Wyatt Howell of Farmerville and Aaron 
Hayze Garrett of Calhoun; one step-granddaughter, Kasie Waller of Center, 
TX; one great great-grandson, Stetson Waller and a host of nieces, nephews 
and friends.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Howell, Shane Howell, Rudy Howell, John Garrett, 
Chris Cross and Shane Griffin.
