NELLIE TOLBIRD HUDSON

Funeral services for Nellie Tolbird Hudson, 95, of Eros, LA will be held at 
2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 7, 2015 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home West Monroe. Rev. David Womack will be officiating. Interment will 
follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery, West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Hudson was born October 9, 1919 in Eros, LA and passed away January 4, 
2015 in West Monroe. She was retired from Ouachita Parish School Board as a 
school bus driver and Montgomery Ward as a sales clerk. Mrs. Hudson was a 
member of Walnut Grove Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star. She 
was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Hudson, daughter, Shirley 
Kimble, son, Conrad Hudson, granddaughter, Cindy Hudson, great-great 
grandson, Gunner Foster and great-great granddaughter, Elaina Cannady.

Mrs. Hudson is survived by her daughter, Carol Parker and husband David, 
son-in-law, John Kimble, daughter-in-law, Elaine Hudson, brother, Julius 
Tolbird; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-
grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM 
at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
