TAYLOR JACKSON HUEY

Funeral services for Taylor Jackson "Jack" Huey, 76, of West Monroe, LA will be 
held at 10:00 AM, November 20, 2015 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
West Monroe. Rev. Jim Wolfe and Rev. Neil Everett will officiate. Interment 
will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home West Monroe.

Jack was born July 8, 1939 in Cartwright, LA and passed away November 16, 2015 
in Junction City, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mason and 
Nettie Huey; brother, James Huey; grandson, Michael Huey. Jack served 4 years 
in the Air Force after graduating from Eros High School. He worked for A& P 
Grocery, Safeway, Harvest Foods and Kayes Grocery. After retirement he enjoyed 
camping with Happy Wheels Camping Club, fishing and hunting. He was a long time 
member of Ridge Avenue Baptist Church.

Jack is survived by his wife of 57 years, Shirley White Huey; son, Ronald Huey 
and wife Nancy; daughters, Connie Sims and husband Timothy, Judy Hilburn and 
husband Tracy; grandchildren, Jonathan Huey and wife Erin Wisenor Huey, Luke 
Sims, Sara Sims Johnston and husband Luke Johnston, Matthew Hilburn and Amber 
Hilburn; 2 great-grandchildren, Jase Johnston and Eli Huey; sisters, Evie 
White, Mary Thompson, Martha Faye Youngblood, Hilda Lee and husband Hosea.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM 
at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
