Interment will follow in Providence Memorial Cemetery in Winnsboro. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. He was born December 10, 1972 in Huntington, WV and passed from this life Saturday, September 5, 2009 in Katy, TX. Coy was a member of Winnsboro Church of Christ. He was an avid outdoorsman who particularly enjoyed fishing and deer hunting. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. He had been employed with Schlumberger Ltd for 14 years and had currently worked in Katy, TX. His passion was the love he shared with his family and friends. He is survived by his loving sons Everette Joseph Huff and Gage William Huff and their mother Jo Anna Jarrett Huff all of Richmond, TX; his devoted parents Karl and Kathryn Huff of Winnsboro; trusted siblings, sister Wynn Diane Channell and husband Dan Wesley Channell and their children Cassidy William Malone and Hunter D. Malone all of Bossier City; and brother Steven Karl Huff and wife Tracie Huff and their children Karlee B. Huff and Zeb D. Huff all of Winnsboro. Pallbearers will be Kelly Armstrong, Mike Ganey, Trampest Martin, Michael McLemore, Ryan Rowell, and Mark Shires. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Dan Channell and Lance Hudson.
