Mark Fenn and Rev. Michael Wood officiating. Interment will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery Mrs. Humble died February 8, 2016 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Floyd C. Humble, Sr. and son, Floyd C. (Chester)Humble, Jr. Mrs. Humble was an active member of the First Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA beginning Sunday School in 1927. She served in various positions in the church, but her love was the nursery where she directed the pre-school children for over 45 years. Survivors: Daughter, Judy Kathleen Humble; Sons, Leslie R. Humble (Diane) and Dallas D. Humble (Judy); Grandchildren, Jason P. Humble, Amy M. Ward (Todd), Zachary Humble, Skyler Humble, Payton Humble; great grandchildren, Brooke, Cole and Connor Ward. Step-grandchildren Jordan and Jake Smith. Randy Willis (Miranda), Drew and Bailey Willis who she loved as her own grandson and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She loved her family and enjoyed being a Mamau. She always said that her children and grandchildren made her world go around. Elaine loved her Savior and served him every minute of every day. She always said when she closed her eyes here, she would open them to see his face in her heavenly home. Pallbearers will be Leslie Humble, Dallas Humble, Zachary Humble, Skyler Humble, Jason Humble, and Randy Willis. Honorary Pallbearer will be Donnie Temple. Visitation will be from 9 AM Wednesday until service time.
