DORIS LOUIS "D.L" HUMPHRIES

Funeral services for Doris Louis "D. L." Humphries, age 90, of Monroe, LA, 
will be 4:00 PM, Sunday, May 15, 2011, graveside at the Newton Cemetery near 
Delhi, LA, with Bro. Jerry Chapman officiating.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 15, 2011, at Cox Funeral Home from 2:00 PM - 
4:00 PM.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Marlene Humphries; two daughters, Doris 
Clark and Dianne Bendily; parents, Nash Humphries and Ninnie Byrd.

Doris Louis "D. L." Humphries is survived by his daughter, Maxine Baird and 
husband Kenny of St. Francisville, LA; son, Warfield Humphries and wife Brenda 
of Baskin, LA; son, Nash Humphries and wife Tina of AL; daughter, Mary Lou 
Derish and husband Clayton of Haynesville, LA; Ruth Ann Humphries of Monroe, 
LA; daughter, Carrie Frye and husband Bill of FL; daughter, Brenda Thomas of 
FL; daughter, Linda Holdman and husband James of Central, LA; daughter, Edith 
Festavan and husband Ron of Bossier City, LA; numerous grandchildren and great-
grandchildren.

Dad is also, survived by his special friend, he worked for Mr. Dave Norris.

Pallbears will be family.
