BARBARA W. LOWREY HUSSEY


Barbara W. Lowrey Hussey, born September 13, 1914, passed from this life 
November 14, 2012. She was proceeded in death by her parents Ben and Mary 
Louise White; husbands Dale Lowrey and Earl G. Hussey; daughter Charlotte L. 
McFadden; brothers Ben W. White, Jr. and Thomas Gaston White; sisters 
Charlotte White and Katherine Greeson; and step-son Dwight Anderson.

She is survived by daughter Barbara L. Dowling; son-in-law M. Elgin McFadden; 
step-daughter Peggy Anderson; grandchildren, Surmartha M. Wallace and husband 
Jim, Michael E. McFadden and wife Sherri, Cynthia M. Simmons and husband Ron, 
Brian P. Dowling and wife Tracy, Mark Anderson and wife Jan, Scott Anderson 
and wife Christine, and Todd Anderson; great grandchildren Dale Wallace, Jaime 
Wallace, Olivia McFadden, Sydney McFadden, Emma McFadden, Ella Catherine 
Dowling, Adam Simmons, Tucker Simmons, Jill Anderson, Kim Anderson, Drew 
Anderson, and Eric Anderson; great-great grandchildren Kensly Simmons and Luke 
Simmons; and a host of nieces and nephews 

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday and the funeral 
will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, both to be held at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West 
Monroe. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to First United Methodist Church, 
Bastrop, Reily Memorial United Methodist Church, Collinston, or the charity of 
your choice.
