Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe. Mr. Hutson died Saturday, January 31, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. Mr. Hutson is preceded in death by father, Wilmer Curits Huston and mother, Mildred Elene Hutson. Mr. Hutson is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra Pearson Hutson: four children and their spouses; Missy Crain (Gene), Trey Hutson (Kim), Joey Nickles (Jenn), and Colette Boutwell (Brad): four grandchildren; Jessica Crain, Kaitlyn Hutson, Courtney Crain, and Weston Hutson: nine siblings ; Joy Wesbrooks, Gloria Millwood, Carroll Miller Hutson, Shirley Hennington, Marilyn Britt, Rita Fuller, Randy Hutson, Ginene Walker, and Dixie Thornton: numerous nieces and nephews, and his dog, Baby Girl. Serving as Pall Bearers will be Brad Boutwell, Gene Crain, Chuck Fuller, Randy Hutson, Trey Hutson, Weston Hutson, Joey Nickles, Donald Salac, Gregory Salac, & Travis Sayers. Buddy was born and grew up in Wesson, MS where he graduated from Wesson High School. He attended University of Southern Mississippi and moved to Monroe in 1966 to accept a job with Ford, Bacon, and Davis. He was a respected Commercial Contractor/Property Manager. He worked for Mid South Development, Reliant Entergy, and Topps. He and his wife, Sandy are members of First Baptist Church of Swartz. He enjoyed fishing, duck hunting, University of Alabama football, but most of all spending time with his beloved family. Visitation will be held from 12:00p.m.until the time of service on Monday. The family wishes to thank the warm staff of Louisiana Hospice and Palliative Care, the thoughts of prayers of so many special friends and neighbors, and the family "angels" Travis and Janie Sayers.
