Obituary of Hardy Hasley as it appeared in The Monroe News-Star Newspaper in 1954 

    Funeral services for Hardy Hasley, 55, of Fondale, who died
in a local hospital Tuesday night, will be held in the Chapel 
of Hall Funeral Home at 2PM Thursday. Interment will be in the 
Columbia Cemetery.
Hasley is survived by his wife, Mattie, three sons, Benny Lee 
and Lonnie of Fondale and Clyde of Monroe.  Four daughters, 
Mrs H. B. Wheeler of Hebert, Mrs N. V. Auldy, and Mrs E. J. Greer 
of Hodge and Mrs J. W. Gilmore of Houston, Texas."
