MRS. D.A. HILL

Died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. T.E. Wright, at Swartz, Jan 28, Mrs D.A.
Hill, aged 79 years, Deceased was possessed of a fine Christian character and was
beloved by all who knew her. She will be sadly missed for her acts of charity and
goodness.

She leaves surviving, two sons and three daughters and several grandchildren, three
of whom she reared from infancy; three sisters and one brother, of whom are T.E.
Edwards of Swartz and Mrs. Mary Durdan of Monroe.

The funeral was from the colony church on Friday and was conducted by Reverand
Marion S. Monk, pastor of the First Methodist church of Monroe. There were many in
attendance and floral offerings were numerous.
