Terry Mims officiating. Interment will follow at Smith Cemetery, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. Mr. Ingram went home to be with his Heavenly Father Saturday, June 8, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Bobby was born January 10, 1937 in West Monroe, LA, to James and Nellie Mae (Wallace) Ingram. On March 17, 1956, he married the love of his life, Alice Edna Parker. He worked as a painter for many years before retiring. Hobbies included golfing, fishing, and telling stories to his family. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Monroe. He was a kind person who was always there for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by many who knew and loved him. Bobby is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Leoria Henning. Survivors include his wife Alice; his five children, Sandra Howe and husband Lewis, Bobby Ingram and wife Pam, Dennis Ingram, Renee Mims and husband Terry, and Lori Bordelon; eight grandchildren, Lauren Howe, Paul Mims, Jonathan Mims and wife Leah, Ben Howe, Chad Bordelon, Sondra Ingram, Brad Bordelon and wife Lisa, and Alicia Smith and husband Jeffrey; and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Betty Sadler, Barbara Hill, Katherine Tripp, Linda Miller and husband Bobby and brother, Nollie Ingram and wife Vickie; and sisters-in-law, Gwen Parker and Barbara Price; numerous nephews and nieces; and his beloved dog, Peppy. Pallbearers include Jonathan Mims, Ben Howe, Chad Bordelon, Brad Bordelon, A.C. Fletcher, and Benny Tripp. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe on Monday, June 10, 2013.
