Martina, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mr. Jabbia passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at St. Francis Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Tony was born in Powhatan, Louisiana and graduated from St. Mary High School in Natchitoches, Louisiana. After serving in the US Army during WWII, Tony enjoyed a 39 year career as a Land Agent with Tennessee Gas Pipeline. After retirement, Tony continued his love for fishing at Black Bayou and golfing at Selman Field. Mr. Jabbia was preceded in death by his parents, Peter Jabbia and Josephine Mondello Jabbia; his loving wife of 60 years, Laura Elizabeth Leone Jabbia; brothers Joe Jabbia, Frank Jabbia, John Jabbia; sisters Corine Digilormo, Rosa Leone; and his grandson, Michael Prichard. Survivors include his children, Jo Lynn Prichard Ragus and husband, John; Charlie Jabbia and wife, Elaine; Janet Jabbia, Vince Jabbia and wife, Kate; grandchildren, Amy Jabbia, Allison Collins, Jenny Prichard, Lauren Williams, Kathleen Jabbia, Bridget Mueller, Spencer Jabbia and Vincent Jabbia; great grandchildren, Tinsley Williams, Elly Collins and Emmy Collins. The family would like to thank Dr. Michael J. Sampognaro for his compassion and care during his illness. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM, Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
