JOSEPH BEN JACK

Funeral services for Joseph Ben Jack, 72, of Monroe, LA will be at 10:00 AM, 
Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Grace Pointe' Church, North 19th and Auburn, 
Monroe, LA. Rev. John Wesley Jones, Bishop Benny Jones and Bro. Jonathan Brooks 
will officiate. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park in Monroe under 
the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mr. Jack was born on July 4, 1943 in Monroe, LA and passed away on April 11, 
2016 in Monroe. He retired from the City of Monroe Fire Department as Deputy 
Chief and was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a member of Grace Pointe' 
Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Stella Jack; 
grandmother, Ethel Toombs Balfour and a very special granddaughter, Kristen 
Nicole Barker.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Shelton Jack; sons, John Randall Jack, 
Michael Lee Jack and wife, Tammy; brothers, John V. Jack, Jr. and wife, Patsy, 
and Charles Jack; sisters-in-law, Jessie Wheeler and husband, Lowell and JoAnna 
Tanner and husband, Flynn; brothers-in-law, Wayne Shelton and wife, Linda, and 
James Shelton and wife, Agnes; grandsons, Benjamin Ray Jack, John David Jack, 
and Joseph Gabriel Jack; granddaughter, Savannah Ray White, and several nieces 
and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.
