MARQUETTE "BUDDY" JARRELL
Kilpatrick Funeral Home

West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mr. Marquette "Buddy" Jarrell, 74, of West Monroe, are 
Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at 11:00AM in the Luna Assembly of God with Pastor 
Joel Brackett officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery under 
the direction of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.

Born August 27th, 1935, in Jackson Parish, LA, he was a son of the late Arch 
and Doris Spillers Jarrell. A self-employed fisherman, he was a veteran of the 
US Navy serving during the early years of the Viet Nam Conflict. In addition 
to his parents, a son, Archie Jarrell and a daughter, Julie Elaine Jarrell, 
preceded him in death.

Survivors include his daughter, Rhonda Fowler and her husband Harold; a step-
daughter, Tammy Brown and husband, Ricky; grandchildren, Vanna McMillan and 
husband, Chris, Adam Fowler, Wesley Trichell and wife, Daphne, Caleb Trichell, 
Tommy Jarrell, and Robert Brown; great grandchildren, Anna-Gail McMillan, and 
Taylon and Jantz Jarrell; sister, Victoria Matecki; his former wife and 
caregiver, Geraldine Lenard; and several nieces and nephews.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
