IRENE CARTER JOHNSON

Irene Carter Johnson, age 81, of Monroe, LA, a former resident at Chauvin 
Pointe retirement community, passed away on November 15, 2012.

Survivors include one son, Kenneth Johnson and wife, Deannie of Lake Village, 
AR; one daughter, Peggy Hodge and husband, Tommy of Monroe, LA; two brothers, 
six grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 
Magnolia Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery under 
the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, AR. (www.jonesservice.com)

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday at Magnolia 
Baptist Church, 822 Marias Saline, Crossett, AR 71635.

Memorials may be made to Mission Scholarship Fund for Pastors, Delta Baptist 
Association, P.O. Box 9, Dermott, AR 71638
