JANET J. JOHNSON

A Celebration of Remembrance for Ms. Janet J."Grammy" Johnson, 61, of Monroe, 
LA will be 12:00 PM Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Mulhearn Memorial Park 
Mausoleum Chapel, 623 Highway 80 East, Monroe, LA with Rev. Paul McComack 
officiating. A Gathering of Friends will be 10:00 AM until service time.

Ms. Johnson was born March 11, 1953 and passed from this life on March 12, 
2013. She retired from David Johnson Physical Therapy Clinics Inc. Ms. Johnson 
was member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She is preceded in death by her 
parents, June and Larry; step-father, Vern; husband, David; and brother, Larry.

Survivors include: daughters, Holly and Kristie; grandchildren, Collin, 
Christian, Dustin and Caleb; great-grandson, Christopher; siblings, Judy, 
Jackie, Paula, Denise, Darryl, and Jerome; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Gamble 
Hospice for their care and compassion for Janet.
