JOHNSON Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Johnny T. Johnson, 84, of Monroe, LA will be held at 12 Noon Thursday January 19, 2017 at Grace Episcopal Church in Monroe, LA with The Reverend Richard Norman officiating. Interment will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA. Mr. Johnson died January 16, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family. Mr. Johnny was a longtime member of Grace Episcopal Church in Monroe, LA. He wa was a proud graduate of Georgia Tucker, Neville High School and Northeast Un University, from which all he made lifelong relationships. He was a real estate de developer, developing numerous projects in Louisiana and across the country. He wa was a United States Army veteran attaining the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Mr. Johnny was preceded in death by son, Michael T. Johnson and grandson, Ryan T. Johnson; mother, Demetra Johnson; and father, Tom Johnson; brothers, Bobby Pa Pappas, Andy Pappas; and sister, Vickie Brown. Survivors: his wife of 60 years, Mrs. Dolores W. Johnson; Daughters, Virginia Vicini Vicini, Victoria Johnson, Jenifer Johnson, Jill Friloux; Son, Jay Johnson; Granddaughters, Courtney Loyacano, Ruby Friloux; Grandsons, Thomas Johnson, Jack MacAdam, Sam MacAdam, Michael Walker, Leyton Walker, Ely Walker; Great Granddaughters; Emery Loyacano, Layden Johnson; Great Grandsons; Bennett Loyacano Loyacano and Rylan Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be his children. Honorary Pallbearers will be; H.M. Butler, Dr. Ronald Woods, Guy Campbell, Dr. Warren Green, Mike Napoli, Mike Hollingsworth, Sperry Brown, Derrick Covington, Mickey Dubos, Larry Tucker, Jack Baugh, Dr. Tom Lolley, Dr. Ewing, and Sparky McDuffie.
