JAMES O. JOHNSTON

Brown-Holley Funeral Home - Rayville, LA

Funeral services for Mr. James 0. Johnston, 83, of Rayville, LA will be held 
10:00AM, Monday, February 6,2006 at Eastside Baptist Church in Rayville, LA 
with Rev. Kyle Coates and Rev. Johnny Smith officiating. Interment will follow 
in Ebenezer Cemetery in Jonesboro, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley 
Funeral Home in Rayville, LA.
James Johnston was born on April 2, 1922 in Carthage, MS and passed away on, 
Friday, February 3, 2006 in W. Monroe, LA.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Gwen Peters.
Survivors include his wife of sixty years, Juanita Johnston of Rayville, LA; a 
daughter, Jimmie Sherman and husband, Earle of Jonesboro, LA; a son.-in-law 
Delwyn Peters of Jonesboro, LA; four grandchildren, Kim Masters and husband, 
Dwayne of W. Monroe, LA, Kay Peters of Jonesboro, LA; Kelli Craig and husband 
Phillip of W. Monroe, LA and James W. Sherman of Grand Junction, CO and seven 
great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Justin Wyatt, Mike Bryan, Phillip Craig, Leroy Ratcliff, 
James Sherman, and Dwayne Masters.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ralph Stevens, Billy Barmore, Glen McGilton, and 
Ersell Crocker.
