West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Glynn Johnston, 78 of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
10:00 AM, Friday, December 19, 2008 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
West Monroe. Rev. Eddy Shoemaker and Rev. Charles Davis will officiate. 
Interment to follow at Twin Cities Memorial Gardens under the direction of 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Glynn was born December 24, 1929 in Sikes, LA and passed away December 16, 
2008 in West Monroe. He was retired from Riverwood International. Glynn 
enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family. He 
was a loving husband for over 60 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Waymon and Pearl Johnston, children 
Michael Johnston and Janet Johnston Easterling, grandson Jason Easterling, and 
brothers W.N., Sherman, and Dalton Johnston.

Glynn is survived by his wife, Imogene; his son Terry Johnston and wife 
Rhonda; daughter-in-law Deborah Johnston; grandchildren Michael Johnston, Jr., 
Tara Johnston, Shelley Johnston Hendrix and husband Chad, Tim Johnston and 
wife Emmy, Holly Johnston Reigle and husband Aaron, Ricky Brown, and Heather 
Holsomback; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Michael Johnston, Jr., Tim Johnston, Chad Hendrix, Donald 
Johnston, Leroy Johnston, Ricky Lilly, Ralph Young, and James White.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Senior Men's Sunday School Class of Peniel 
Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home West Monroe, LA.
