Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA 

Graveside services for Mrs. Ethel Ann Pailette Melton Johnston, 81, of Monroe, 
LA will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, July 3, 2009, at New Light Baptist Church 
Cemetery with Rev. Jim Garlington officiating under the direction of Mulhearn 
Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mrs. Johnston passed away Tuesday, 
June 30, 2009. She was retired from E. A. Conway Hospital as a PBX operator. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey M. Johnston; and daughter, 
Dianne Redden. Survivors include her sons, George E. Melton and Rick Melton, 
both of Monroe, LA; daughters, Deborah K. Wall of Stark, NV, and Rebecca Sue 
King of Scottsdale, AZ; and many grandchildren, nieces, and ne
