DOROTHY WATTS JONES


Funeral services for Dorothy Dean Watts "Dot" Jones will be held at 4:00 PM, 
Sunday, April 24, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church of Rayville with 
Rev. John Kavanaugh officiating. Interment will follow in the Rayville Masonic 
Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, 
Rayville.

Mrs. Dot was born March 26, 1938 in Monticello, AR and passed away Friday, 
April 22, 2016 in Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Dot is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Edward E. "Mr. Ed" 
Jones; parents, Melvin and Creola Watts; brothers, Hansel Watts and James 
Watts; and sister, Bernette Watts.

Survivors include her children, Peggy Fuller and husband, Jackie of Rayville 
and Troy Jones of Rayville; grandchildren, Cammie Hughes of Rayville, Kristy 
Hutson and husband, Curt of Prairieville, LA, and Craig Fuller an wife, Tara of 
Prairieville, LA; great grandchildren, Lonna Claire Hughes and a soon to be 
born great grandson of Rayville, Harrison Hutson, Larkan Hutson, Falan Hutson, 
Amelia Fuller all of Prairieville, LA; sister, Celess Parnell of West Monroe; 
and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Tom Raborn, Walter Hillman, Ron Robertson, Darren Justus, Kevin 
Jones, Quinton Jones, and Michael Kelley. Honorary pallbearers are the 
Something More Sunday School Class, Dr. Matt Prine, Dr. Kevin Carlisle, and the 
staff of Richardson Medical Center.

Visitation is 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Sunday at the First United Methodist Church of 
Rayville.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to the Rayville United Methodist 
Church
