LYNN JONES

Funeral services for Lynn Jones, 71, of Winnsboro will be held 10 am 
Wednesday, April 5, 2017, in Hill Ridge Baptist Church, with Rev. Jimmy 
Harper, Rev. Marion Spence and Rev. David Mosley officiating. Interment will 
follow in Coax Cemetery under the direction of Gill First National Funeral 
Home. Visitation will be 5 - 9 pm Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at the church.

Mr. Jones was born June 3, 1945 in Mangham to the union of Rufus Earl Jones, 
Sr. and Kathleen Evans Jones and passed from this life on April 1, 2017, in 
Winnsboro.

Mr. Jones a member and deacon for 45 years at Hill Ridge Baptist Church; he 
was also a member of the Crowville Masonic Lodge # 370. He was an avid 
hunter and fisherman.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rufus Earl Jones, Sr. and Kathleen 
Evans Jones; grandparents: Willie and Hallie Evans; one sister, Brenda 
Jones.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years Mickie Jones; four children: Reggie 
Jones, Jr. and wife Lisa, Timothy Jones and wife Kim, Brandy Jones Pritchett 
and husband Aaron and Lee Hill; eight grandchildren: Corey, Michael, 
Jessica, Jason, Chris, Blake, Cheyenne, and Chelsey; ten great 
grandchildren: Cameron, Carson, Cannon, Brayden, Bryleigh, Charlie, Anse, 
Drake, Jayden, and Jeremiah; ten brothers and sisters: Wesley Jones and wife 
Leslie, Earl Jones, Gary Jones, Jake Jones and wife Jackie, Waymon Jones and 
wife Mary, Carol Linder and husband Berry, Sandra Jordan and spouse, Barbara 
Chovanetz and husband Dennis, Belinda Holley and Johnny Jones; special 
friends: Billy Wayne Wright, Sidney Spence, David Roberts and Larry Casiday; 
a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Larry Casiday, Curt Curtis, Randy Eubanks, Bryon Garner, 
Justin Hales, Jason Lord, Josh McIntyre and Shawn Wisenor.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of Hill Ridge Baptist Church.
