Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M., with the service to follow beginning at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Thomas Peoples will officiate; interment will be in Oakley Cemetery, Gilbert LA. under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home-Winnsboro LA. Ms. Keene was born April 11, 1943 and passed from this life on August 12, 2014 at her home in Wisner LA. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Wisner. She is preceded in death by her parents William Lee Armstrong and Sallie Johnson Armstrong; Husband Andrew Keene Jr.; granddaughter Courtney Hackney; brother Billie Armstrong; sisters Emma Armstrong Jackson, and Leddie Armstrong Dickinson. Survivors include daughter; Sandi Lee and husband Benny of Tallulah, LA; sons Doug Hackney and wife Lori of Crowville, LA; Andy Keene and wife Tonya of Fort Necessity, LA; nine grandchildren; Cory Watson and fiancé Darby; Cara Rokneddini and husband Aaron; Kristin Watson; Lauren Neathery and husband Daniel; Chelsea Hackney; Heath Hackney; Dylan Hackney; Drew Keene; and Karlee Keene; three step grandchildren Blaine Lee and wife Kristal; Bennett Lee; and Hannah Jones and husband Kevin; one great grandchild Devin Menzel; five great step grandchildren; Benton Lee; Barret Lee; Evan Jones; Alison Jones; Ariana Jones; one brother Bud Armstrong and wife Bonnie of Matthews, MO; two sisters Judy Carden of Wetumpka, Al.; and Joyce Boyles and husband Clyde of Festus, MO.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
