She wed William Cicero Kelley, Jr. in 1946 and lived most of her adult life in West Monroe. After many years of working as a domestic, she became a nursing assistant and worked at Glenwood Hospital until retirement. Mrs. Kelley passed away peacefully into eternity at the age of 84 on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center. She is survived by two daughters, Margaret Davis (William) of Destrehan and Ella Kelley Bagayoko (Diola) of Baton Rouge; one son, William C. Kelley (JoAnn) of Monroe; one daughter-in-law, who was as close and dutiful as a daughter, JoAnn Lewis Kelley; two granddaughters; eight grandsons; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 6, 2013, 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Richardson Funeral Home in Monroe. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Trenton Baptist Church in West Monroe.
