KELLEY A Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Saturday, September 19, at 11:00 am at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Bunkie with Fr. Craig Scott and Fr. Joe Townsend officiating. Interment will follow in the Pythian Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie. Keith Patrick Kelley, age 52, formerly of Monroe, LA, died Saturday, September 12, 2015 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK as a result of injuries sustained in a cycling accident on September 5, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman L. Kelley, Jr. and a brother Clay D. Kelley, both of Bunkie, LA. Keith is survived by his wife, Jonna Helton Kelley and two daughters, Hannah Claire Kelley and Anne Marie Kelley of Tulsa; his mother, Genevieve G. Kelley of Alexandria, LA and brother, Kirk A. Kelley of Knoxville, TN. He grew up in Bunkie, LA and graduated from St. Joseph High School, in Plaucheville, LA in 1980. He earned a B.S. in Management and Sociology in 1987 and a MBA in Hospital Administration in 1993 from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, LA. He was employed as an Account Executive with McKesson/RelayHealth in Tulsa, OK. Keith was a noted triathlete, cyclist and marathon runner and was passionate about exercise and good health. He was a motivational force and an inspiration to the many who were involved in these sports--including his wife, his daughters and their friends. He lived life to the fullest and was known for his dry wit and magnetic personality. Keith loved a good-time and cherished a deep network of friends, many whom rallied to support him the last days of his life. The family extends special thanks to the physicians and the medical staff of the Neuro Trauma Unit of St. John Medical Center for the quality care and support they provided to Keith. A memorial service was held at Creekwood Elementary School, 1301 E. Albany Street, Broken Arrow, OK on Wednesday, September 16 at 6:00 pm.
