CHARLES "CHUCK" KENDRICK

Memorial service for Mr. Charles "Chuck" Kendrick, 55, of West Monroe will be 
held at 2:00 PM Friday, May 22, 2009 at Liberty Grove Church of God, 504 Marion 
Sims Road, West Monroe, LA 71292 with Rev. Steve Nelson officiating.

Mr. Kendrick was born December 26, 1953 in Wichita Falls, TX and passed away 
May 20, 2009 in Shreveport, LA. He was an active member of the American 
Veterans. He loved hunting and fishing and spending time grilling and being 
with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, James Wallace.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Kendrick; children, Tasha Vaughn, Miranda 
Rogers, and Lance Kendrick and wife Danielle; step children, Chad Tannehill and 
wife Bridgett and Jeff Tannehill and wife Nicole; 8 grandchildren, 4 step 
grandchildren; mother, Billie Alderman; brothers and sisters, Alta Mills and 
husband Matt, Ronald Wallace and wife Gayle, Patrick Wallace and Mary Flowers 
and husband T.C.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until service time Friday at Liberty Grove 
Church of God.
