LENA "ONITA" KERRENS

Funeral services for Lena "Onita" Kerrens, 70, of West Monroe are 11:00AM, 
Friday, February 1, 2013, in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe 
with Rev. LeRoy Boley officiating. Interment follows at Mt. Olive Baptist 
Church Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Born October 8, 1942 in Eros, LA, she passed away January 28, 2013 in West 
Monroe. A member of Spring of Living Waters Church, Mrs. Kerrens was preceded 
in death by her parents; 2 brothers, 3 sisters and a grandson.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence Leroy "Speck" Kerrens (Red); children; 
Kay Tatum, Carl Bissell (Scherri), Linda Hodges (Samuel) and Nita Carol Zuber 
(Matthew); 4 stepchildren; 2 brothers and a sister and their spouses, 10 
grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and others that loved her and called 
her "Mawmaw."

Pallbearers are David, Jason, and Kenneth Cherry, Josh and Jacob Bissell, 
Tommy Lewis, Chad Kelley, and Bruce Shelton. Ben Nyegard is honorary 
pallbearer.

A special thanks to her loving and caring friends, Annie and Ruth, and the 
staff of Louisiana Hospice and Premier Hospice.

Visitation is Thursday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe.
