David Richter, Rev. James Dominic and Rev. Job Edathinatt officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mrs. Kincaid died Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at St. Francis Hospital. She attended Neville High School and Northeast Louisiana University. She was a member of Phi Mu Sorority, the Monroe Junior League, the JGS Sacristy Society, Diocesan Service Award recipient, JGS Youth Group leader, served on the JGS Parish Council and was a member of Jesus the Good Shepherd Church. Polly lived life to its fullest and found so many ways to celebrate and make the most out of every day. Nothing was more important to her than her faith, family and friends. She considered herself blessed, not because of wealth or possessions, but because of the treasure she found with people she knew and loved. She loved "Making Memories" with family and friends. Mrs. Kincaid was preceded in death by her parents Hiram Frederick Parrish and Polly Cobb Parrish. Survivors include husband, Eddie Kincaid; son, Lane Kincaid and wife Cindy; daughter, Katherine Gilbert and husband Jeff; grandchildren, Tyler and Katie Kincaid, and Gavin and Meghan Gilbert; sister, Mina Hendrix and husband Bobby. Pallbearers will be Pat Riley, Sean Riley, John Lauve, Robert Lauve, Larry Hornback, Jason Hornback, Joey McGinn, and Malcolm Baker. Visitation will be 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM Friday, in Moore Hall at the church. The family would like to extend their thanks to all of Mrs. Polly's physicians and care givers.
