JO ANNE FLUITT KINDER

Services for Mrs. Jo Anne Fluitt Kinder, 76, of Extension, LA will be at 3:00 
p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Boeuf Prairie Methodist Church in Fort 
Necessity, LA with Rev. Rex Barker officiating. Interment will follow in 
Matthews Cemetery in Extension, LA., under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home of Winnsboro, LA.

Jo Anne passed away on March 16, 2013 at home after a long illness. She was a 
caring mother of her three children, and a friend to the community. Born and 
raised in Extension, Louisiana, her love of people and animals was well known. 

After attending Port Arthur College she married Clifford Kinder and began to 
raise a family. After years of living away, they once again settled in 
Extension. Jo Anne spent the remainder of her life there, enjoying evening 
walks, attending Boeuf Prairie Methodist Church, and being a vibrant part of 
the community.

Jo Anne was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Kinder; and is survived 
by sons Robert Lee and wife Stephanie, and Daniel Stuart and wife Mary Lou; 
daughter Karen Elizabeth; grandsons Jonathan Andrew Kinder, Benjamin Stuart 
Kinder, Jesse Matthews Kinder, Elliott Walter Hall; and granddaughters Megan 
Abigail Kinder, Kelly Redfearn Kinder, and Maisy Walker Hall.

Pallbearers are: Jack Dailey, James Prickett, John Dufour, Greg Kincaid, 
Jonathan Kinder, and Benjamin Kinder.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 22nd at Mulhearn 
Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, a community servant, and a devoted 
wife.
