MARGRET "MAGGIE" EMMER SHAW KING

Funeral services for Margret "Maggie" Emmer Shaw King, 93, of Winnsboro, a 
homemaker, minister for 60 years, and a faithful member of the Lighthouse 
Pentecostal Church, will be held at the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church of 
Winnsboro on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Bro. Jimmy Holland, Bro. 
Cecil Grantham and Bro. Hurby Hitt officiating. Interment will follow at the 
Jigger Garden of Memories under the direction of Young's Community Memorial 
Funeral Home.

Ms. King was born on September 28, 1919 in Arkansas and passed away on Friday, 
March 8, 2013 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy King; father, Hollis Harvey 
Shaw; mother, Eddie Evelyn Poole Shaw; and daughter, Bonnie Knox Finch.

She is survived by her two sons, Ernest Oliver and Louise and Joe Oliver and 
Lynn, both of Winnsboro; three daughters, Lena Guillot and Buddy of Columbia, 
LA, Joyce Parker and Peyton of Winnsboro, and Sandy Mc Murray of Winnsboro; 
twenty-one grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren; and thirteen great-
great grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family 
and friends.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons Joey Oliver, Ray Barlow, Jared Knox, Timothy 
Parker, Mike Oliver and Tony McMurray.

Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons Robert Johnnese, Jeff Oliver and 
Todd McMurray.

The family will receive friends at the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church beginning 
at 5:00 PM on Saturday, March 9, 2013.
