BETH KIRBY

Funeral Services for Mrs. Beth Kirby, 86, of West Monroe, LA will be held 2:00 
P.M. Saturday, October 13, 2012 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West 
Monroe, LA with Rev. Jon Tellifero officiating. Interment will follow in the 
Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Kirby was born on December 25, 1925 in Pike County, MS and died on 
October 9, 2012. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in West 
Monroe, LA, where she attended the Ed Stinson Sunday School Class. Beth came 
to Monroe in 1945, where she met and married Frank Kirby. They celebrated 54 
years of marriage before Frank's death in 2000. She is also preceded in death 
by her son, Donald; two step-sons, Joel and Jerry Kirby; two brothers, four 
sisters and great granddaughter, Alisha Kirby. 

Survivors include her grandson, Brian Kirby and wife; Michelle; great 
grandchildren, Brian Timothy Kirby and Phoebe Kirby; step grandson, Frank H. 
Kirby; step great grandson, Franklin Dare Gueydan; sister, Jessie Tate; and 
brother, Hugh Smith and wife, Barbara.

Pallbearers will be Jene McGehee, Ricky Smith, Ronnie Wilson, Joel Henson, 
David Cox, and David Putnam.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Friday, October 12, 
2012 and from 9:00 A.M. until Service Time on Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA.
