DONIE WEST KOHLER

Funeral services for Mrs. Donie West Kohler of Jonesboro, LA will be held on 
Thursday, April 24, 2014 at St. Lucys Catholic Church in Hodge, LA at 10a.m. 
with Father Pat Madden officiating. Interment will follow in the Bayou Rouge 
Baptist Church Cemetery in Evergreen, LA.

Mrs. Kohler was born on November 26, 1924 and passed away on April 22, 2014. 
She was 89.

Mrs. Kolher worked at the Jonesboro Clinic Office for many years and touched a 
lot of lives in a very positive way. She was a sweet and quiet lady who will 
be missed by many.

Survivors include, one daughter, Elizabeth Vandersteen and husband Buck of 
Poland, LA, three sons, John Kohler and wife Phyllis of Jonesboro, LA, Dr. 
Gary Kohler of Lake Charles, LA and Glynn Kohler and wife Terry of Woodworth, 
LA, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Kohler was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Amelie West and her 
husband Harry Kohler.
