MR. LEVERETT "JOLLY" KYLE

Kilpatrick Funeral Home

West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mr. Leverett "Jolly" Kyle, 82, of West Monroe, LA., will 
be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 10, 2008 at Souls Harbor United 
Pentecostal Church. Rev. Jimmy Masters and Rev. David Mixon will officiate. 
Interment will follow at Monroe Memorial Park Monroe, LA., under the direction 
of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Kyle was born September 5, 1926 in Mer Rouge, LA., and passed away October 
7, 2008 in Monroe, LA. He was a member of Souls Harbor United Pentecostal 
Church and the Masonic Lodge where he was a 32nd degree Mason. Mr. Kyle was a 
retired electrician and he served his country proudly during the Korean War.

Mr. Kyle is survived by his wife, Evelyn Maxine Kyle; 2 children, Danny L. 
Kyle and wife Lanie, Tanya S. Parker and husband Rick; grandson: Aidan J. 
Kyle; several other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Michael Buxton, Billy Buxton, Darran Buxton, John Lynn 
Buxton, Steven Buxton, Dewayne Buxton, Darrell Buxton, and Carroll Buxton.

Honorary pallbearers will be Edward Swillie, Jesse Masters, Art Pearce, Joe 
Prysock and Todd Oglethorpe.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, October 9, 
2008 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home-West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to Souls Harbor United Pentecostal Church Building Fund 
or The American Cancer Society.

The family would like to express a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Barry Weinberger 
and Oncology Associates, Dr. Charles Morgan, Dr. Emile Barrow and Dr. Mark 
Napoli for their care during Mr. Kyle's illness.
