ROBERT K. LAIRD

Crothers Glenwood Funeral Home, Tallulah, LA

Funeral services for Robert K. (Bob) Laird, age 76, were held Tuesday, March 
24, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Tallulah, LA.

Mr. Laird was born April 5, 1932, and passed away March 22, 2009. He was a 
native of Flora, MS, and moved to Tallulah in 1949. Following graduation from 
Tallulah High School and Louisiana State University, he served three years in 
the U.S. Air Force.

He is preceded in death by his wife Annette Smith Laird and brother Jack Laird 
and sisters Loraine L. Smith and Maxine L. Stegal.

He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Tony Lourens, of 
Germantown, TN, two grandsons Colin and Tyler Lourens. He is also survived by a 
brother William E. Laird of Monroe, LA and sister Lynda L. McKellar of Brandon, 
MS.
