JACOB "BUSTER" LANDRUM

A celebration of life for Jacob "Buster" Landrum will be held at 1:00 PM on 
Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the Sherman Church of the Nazarene. Burial will 
follow at West Hill Cemetery in Sherman, TX. Arrangements are under the 
direction of Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman.

Buster passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the Clyde W. Cosper 
Veteran's Home in Bonham, TX.

He was born in Monroe, LA the son of Alex and Gertrude Brownlee Landrum on 
October 30, 1921. Buster joined the United States Navy and served our country 
in WWII. Buster was employed by Ford, Beacon & Davis Engineering in Monroe, LA 
as a Field Superintendent for many years. He also owned a farm and was a farmer 
up until the last few years. Buster will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Joyce Landrum, daughter, Susan Landrum, son, Jim 
Landrum, daughter, Jean Henington, daughter, Marie Lipscomb, daughter, Barbara 
Arrant and daughter, Gwen Hanes, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Buster was preceded in death by his parents and son, Wayne Landrum.
