Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 25, 2016 at Calhoun City Cemetery in Calhoun, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes of Monroe. Family and friends are invited to a memorial celebration at Design Force Interiors following the service. Clowe was preceded in death by her parents; Elizabeth Hale Wright and Patrick Henry Wright; and her brother, Ned Delaney Wright. She is survived by her sons; Drew Lashley and his son, Aaron, Patrick Lashley and his wife, Veronica and their children, Jonathan and Audrey, and Lyles Lashley and his wife, Kristen and their children, Taylor and Brogan; her brother, Patrick Henry Wright, Jr. and his wife, Debbie and their children, Susan Manuel, Ryan Wright, Cory Wright, Jason Hatchett, and Kim McCarty; her sister-in-law, Betty Jo Wright Harris and her children, Ned Wright, Peter Wright, Davis Harris and Joseph Harris. Clowe is also survived by her beloved pets, Bella and Red Dog. Clowe grew up in Shreveport, LA and attended C.E. Byrd High School where she served in a variety of leadership positions. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.A. in Interior Design. She founded a successful business, Clowe Wright Interiors in Monroe, LA where she lived and worked for many years. Clowe loved and was loved by her family, friends, colleagues, and clients. Her artistic skills were evidenced in the homes and businesses she made beautiful and in the wonderful paintings she left behind. Cooking was her passion and no one was ever turned away from her table. All will remember her most for her wonderful sense of humor and that rare gift of making everyone feel special. Memorials are requested to be sent in Clowe's memory to the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter, 417 Well Road, West Monroe, LA 71291.
