MRS. MARIE WOLFE LAVIGNE 

Kilpatrick Funeral Home Monroe, LA 

Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Wolfe LaVigne, 86, of Bastrop, LA will be held 
at 2:00 PM Monday, December 31, 2007 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Swartz 
with Father Joe Puthuppally officiating. Entombment will follow at Monroe 
Memorial Park Mausoleum, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home- 
Monroe. Mrs. LaVigne was born in Lufkin, TX, September 15,1921 to the union of 
Milton and Willie Wolfe. Mrs. LaVigne died December 28, 2007 in Bastrop 
following a short illness. Mrs. LaVigne was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic 
Church for the past several years. She was a lifetime member of the Alter 
Society and a Cub Scout den mother. Mrs. LaVigne was a resident of Summerlin 
Lane Nursing Home in Bastrop, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, 
Edward George LaVigne III. Survivors include her son, Ronald Edward LaVigne and 
wife Cheryl of Swartz, LA; daughter, Dianne LaVigne Wilson and husband John of 
Collinston, LA; grandson, Ronald Edward "Sonny" LaVigne Jr. and wife Jaime of 
Columbia, LA; great grandson, Gabriel James LaVigne of Columbia; special 
cousins, Ann Crowell of West Monroe and Jean Richardson of Chatham; and 
numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Dennis Dunham, George Young, 
Terry Young, Donald Thrust, Billy Don DeVille and Ronald Edward "Sonny" 
LaVigne, Jr. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials are made to 
charity of one's choice or St. Lawrence Catholic Church-P.O. Box 554-Swartz, 
LA. 71281. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PMwith Rosary 
service to follow at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, December 30,2007 at Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home-Monroe.
