Funeral services for Sam "Trey" Leake, 61 of Newellton,LA will be held at 
Newellton Union Church on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Bro. 
Johnny Wilkins and Bro. Larry Foster officiating. Interment will follow at 
Legion Memorial Cemetery, Newellton, LA under the direction of Young's 
Funeral Home.

Trey Leake was born on Monday, June 11, 1956 in Newellton, LA. and passed 
away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, LA. He 
was a resident of Newellton, a member of Newellton Union Church and a life 
long Farmer . Trey was an active member in the Bleu Bayou Harley Davidson 
Chapter in Monroe, LA. Trey made friends everywhere he went and never met a 
stranger, He was loved by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by

Father- Sam Otis Leake Jr.

He is survived by

Mother- Tommie Jean Leake of Newellton, La

Brother- Curt Leake and his wife Traci of Newellton, LA

Niece- Jordan Leake of Newellton, LA

Nephew- David Leake of Newellton, LA

Pallbearers will be Stan Pacula, Skip Hawkins, Walker McDonald, Kenny Leake, 
John Leake, Warren Leake, Bump Lee and Dan Kifer

Honorary Pallbearers will be his Farm co-workers

In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to Newellton Union Church, 1916 
Hwy 605, Newellton, LA 71357.

The family will receive friends at Newellton Union Church from 12:00 noon
