MARK LENARD

Funeral services for Mark Lenard, 56, of West Monroe, will be held at 3:00 PM, 
Saturday, May 2, 2015 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with 
Rev. Jerry Salisbury officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial 
Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mark was born September 1, 1958 in Monroe, LA and passed away April 29, 2015 in 
West Monroe. He retired from Gaylord Bag and then became parts and service 
manager at Cowboy Trailers. Mark loved to hunt and fish and was a member of 
Pine Thicket Hunting Club. Mark was also judge for United States Team Penning 
Association and was a member of West Monroe Methodist Protestant Church. Mark 
was preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard and Mary Jane Spillers and D. 
L. and Gladys Lenard. In his last few years Mark loved going to Auctions and 
the friends and relationships he created at 1st Choice Auction will never be 
forgotten.

Mark is survived by his wife of 32 years Wendy Kane Lenard; son, Marcus Lenard 
and wife Brandy; parents, Bob and Mary Lenard; 2 sisters, Beverly Redmond and 
husband Joey and Lanie Blackstock and husband Mahlon; numerous aunts, uncles, 
nieces and nephews and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Fletcher, Jamie Kane, Jereme Crocker, Jeffery 
Anderson, Carlton Traweek and Kevin Caples.

Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Berry, Jimmy Finch and Members of the Pine 
Thicket Hunting Club.

A special thanks to Kay Williams with LA Hospice and Jeffery & Roy Anderson 
with Cowboy Trailers.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 1, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
