Downsville, LA - Graveside services for Jerry G. Lewis, Jr., 49 of Downsville, 
will be at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 1997 at Aulds Chapel Cemetery, with 
Rev. Frank Eppinette officiating. Burial will be in Aulds Chapel Cemetery with 
Military Rites, under direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Mr. Lewis was a retired U. S. Army and National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Heavy 
Equipment Mechanic.

Survivors include his wife: Mamie Lewis of Downsville; daughters: Lisa and her 
husband Randy Manshack, of Downsville, Stacie and her husband, Jason Turner, 
of West Monroe; son: Jerry III and his wife, Carol of West Monroe; grandsons, 
Matthew and Cory Manshack of Downsville; parents: Jerry and Peggy Lewis of 
Calhoun; brother: John Lewis of Calhoun; sisters: Mrs. Alicia Waggoner and 
Mrs. Patricia Johnson, both of Eros; a number of brothers-in-law and sisters-
in-law, nieces and nephews.
