GRETCHEN DEMOSS LEWIS

Funeral Service for Mrs. Gretchen DeMoss Lewis, 89, of Eros, LA, will be 
2:00 PM Monday, September 15, 2014 at Antioch Methodist Church in Eros, LA 
with Rev. Oda "Tuck" Roberts officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch 
Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM 
until 2:00 PM Monday at the church.

Mrs. Lewis was born April 27, 1925 in Eros, LA to the union of Archie Otto 
and Maudie Griggs DeMoss. She passed away on September 13, 2014 in West 
Monroe. Mrs. Lewis was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and a member of 
the Eastern Star of the Cadeville Lodge. She is preceded in death by her 
husband, Roy H. Lewis; son, Jack Lewis; grandson, Gene Lewis; and three 
triplet daughters.

Survivors include: two sons, Terry W. Lewis and his wife Pat, and Rick H. 
Lewis and his wife Kay; six grandchildren, Stuart Lewis and his wife 
Christa, Glen Lewis and his wife Judy, Jim Lewis and his wife Jamie, Brian 
Lewis, Julie Lewis Posey and her husband Jon, and Jackie Whisenut and her 
husband Larry; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; 
brother, Bill DeMoss and his wife Catherine; as well as a host of nieces, 
nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be: Stuart Lewis, Glen Lewis, Jim Lewis, Gary DeMoss, 
Michael DeMoss, and Kevin DeMoss. Honorary Pallbearer will be Dale DeMoss.
