LULA PEARL LILLY

Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Pearl Lilly of West Monroe, LA will be 2:00pm 
Sunday, December 27, 2015 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home Monroe, LA 
with Rev. Dennis Hensley officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn 
Memorial Park in Monroe, LA under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home 
Monroe, LA. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Saturday, December 26, 
2015 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lilly was born October 18, 1934 in Winnsboro, LA and passed from this 
life on December 23, 2015 in West Monroe, LA at the age of 81.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Everett Lilly, and one 
sister, Faye Marie Johnson.

Survivors include one daughter, Gwen Smith and husband Nicky of West Monroe; 
one son, Gary Lilly of Sterlington; one brother, Jesse Gwin and wife Betty of 
Archibald; five grandchildren, Michelle Griffin of West Monroe, Emma Lilly of 
Sterlington, Tonya Hernandez and husband Shane of West Monroe, Kimberly Caples 
and husband Derrick of Houston, TX and Trevis Wheeling of Calhoun; great-
grandchildren, Jeremiah Wheeling, Levi Wheeling, Allison Wheeling, Julianne 
Berry and husband Taylor, Paul Linder, Alonna Linder, Jonny Linder and 
Chavella Hernandez; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Paul Linder, Jonny Linder, Terry Gwin, Gorden Kindrix, 
Jeremiah Wheeling and Levi Wheeling.
