RUBY T. LINER

Funeral Services celebrating the life of Ms. Ruby T. Liner, 72, of Mid West 
City, OK, will be 1:00 PM Thursday, March 19, 2015, in the chapel of Griffin 
Funeral Home in West Monroe with Rev. Danny Baskin officiating. Interment will 
follow at Simsboro Cemetery in Simsboro, LA.

Ruby was born April 3, 1942 in Bath, ME and went to be with her Lord and Savior 
on March 12, 2015 in Mid West City, OK. She was a member of the Methodist 
faith. Ruby retired from General Motors and enjoyed spending time traveling 
with her husband, gardening, painting, and spending time with family and 
friends. Ruby always had a smile on her face and loved putting a smile on 
someone else's face. She was always there for you when you needed it most.

Ruby is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur D. Trepanier Sr. and Lillian 
Bragdon Thurlow; husband, Thomas Jerry Liner; son, James M. Bennett; father of 
her children, Donovan Ruben Bennett; and brother, Arthur D. Trepanier, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Sherri B. Gatlin (Rob) of West 
Monroe, LA; sisters, Judi Engels (Peter) and Mary Lee (Robert) both of Mid West 
City, OK; brother, Sterling Thurlow (Mary) of Eden Prairie, MN; step-children, 
Greg Liner (Melissa) of Simsboro, LA, Tim Liner (Teresa) of West Monroe, LA, 
and Jeff Liner of Simsboro, LA; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-
grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends, including 
her extended family, the Brice Family (Terry, Patti, Tom, and Jim)

Pallbearers will be Tom Brice, Jim Brice, Dylan King, Greg Liner, Tim Liner and 
Jeff Liner. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rob Gatlin and Keaton Brice.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, March 18, 
2015 at Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe.
