CHRISTINE LINSON

Funeral services for Christine Linson, 86, of West Monroe, will be held at 11:00 
am, Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Highland Park Baptist Church. Rev. Larry 
Linson and Rev. Fred Hale will officiate. Interment will follow at Epps 
Cemetery, Epps, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mrs. Linson was retired owner/operator of Linson's Grocery Store in Walnut Grove 
Community and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Linson was a member of Highland Park 
Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, L.J. Linson; step-son, Kenneth Linson; 
parents, John and Ella Adams; brother, Claude Adams and sister, Ella Landrum.

Mrs. Linson is survived by her sons; Rev. Donnie Linson and wife Julie; Rev. 
Larry Linson and wife Tracey; and daughter, Kathy Linson; grandchildren; Kelli 
Linson Maynor, Kasey Racca, Hank Linson, Colby Linson, Hannah Linson and Terri 
Burgess; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Sara, Kady Jo, Jack, Ashley, Drew and 
Reagan; sister, Dorothy Chew; number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Howington, Michael Corley, Chris Kirkland, Stan 
Bernard, Rick Wedrall and Gerald Pool.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Corley, Tom Singletary, Dr. Bill Baker, Roy 
Williams and Tommy Condrey.

Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home West Monroe.
