LANE LOFTON

Funeral services for Mr. Lane Lofton of West Monroe will be 10:00am Friday, 
December 11, 2015 Fair Park Baptist Church in West Monroe with Pastor Waymond 
Warren officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe 
under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00pm 
until 8:00pm Thursday at the church.

Mr. Lofton was born January 21, 1957 in Monroe, La and passed from this life on 
December 8, 2015 in West Monroe, La at the age of 58. He was a faithful husband 
and loving son and brother. He was a HAM radio operator and enjoyed working 
out. He especially loved helping people and serving the Lord.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Irma Lofton and 
Dorothea Wells.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Lennie Lofton; his father, Harold 
Lofton (Bonnie) of West Monroe; his mother, Barbara Godwin (Dale) of West 
Monroe; his brother, Bill Lofton (Cindy) of West Monroe; his sister, Darlyn 
Taylor (Bruce) of West Monroe; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
