JOHN L. LOVE

John L. Love, 92, formerly of Grayson, LA passed away in the Fort Worth, TX 
area on October 29, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM, Wednesday, 
November 11, 2015 at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia, LA. Interment will follow 
at Welcome Home Cemetery, Grayson, LA.

He was born to the late Frank C. and Florence H. Love in Grayson. He served in 
WWII and was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. Afterward, he worked as 
an engineer for Gulf Oil Corp. until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Love; daughter, Claudia Love Eckland; his 
son, Eddy Love; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
