BILLY MANN

Funeral Services for Mr. Billy Mann, 70, of West Monroe, LA will be held 
2:00 P.M., Sunday, September 11, 2016 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, West Monroe, LA with Bro. David Richmond officiating. Interment will 
follow at Old Bethel Church Cemetery in Clarks, LA. 

Mr. Mann was born April 14, 1946 in Mathiston, MS and passed away September 
8, 2016 in Shreveport, LA. He served in the United States Air Force for 3 
years. He was in law enforcement for 25 years and retired from Ouachita 
Parish Sherriff's Office. Mr. Mann was preceded in death his wife Judith 
Mann; and his parents, Roy Mann and Louise Morrison.

Survivors include his daughter, Monica Coplin and husband Brian; 
grandchildren, Jack and Anna Claire Coplin; brother, Bobby Mann and wife 
Monica; and numerous other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Don Whillis, Lee Whillis, Billy Kemp, Bobby Avery, 
Micheal Blocker and John Reitzell, Jr.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Chris Richmond, Hunter Long, Justin Caples and 
John Ethan Reitzell.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Saturday, September 
10, 2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
